Our last CARF survey stated:
“The leadership clearly responds to input
regarding the organization’s services and
persons served from input forums. AO utilizes a
unique “Asking for Change” process that
provides the opportunity for input and change. The
process encourages input in an ongoing and non-confrontational
manner.”
“The level of collaboration of the organization
with other community resources is exemplary. Persons
supported by the organization are encouraged and
assisted in accessing the resources they need, including
alternative services.”
