In addition to ongoing customer satisfaction input, each region holds all Voice and Choice meetings to allow clients to provide a voice in ways to enhance their quality of life. Suggestions are encouraged that will provide choices in the way they are supported and opportunities in their community. This Voice and Choice process is a part of the overall quality assurance process within the organization.
