Description:
The Job Coach is responsible for providing worksite support to people served, either during assessment or
following placement in employment. A Job Coach will conduct instructional activities for people served at the
job in order to assist them in becoming job ready. A Job Coach may be responsible for locating competitive
job sites in the community, contacting employers, conducting job site analyses, monitoring the individual's job
progress, and when necessary, intervening to promote vocational success. A Job Coach completes necessary
reports and paperwork, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Description:
Alternative Opportunities Treatment Services Child Care Director facilitates the daycare and preschool programs. S/he will supervise the child care staff and accept responsibility for general management of the daycare.
Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide age-appropriate, academic activities for all children each to include creation and implementation of weekly lesson plans.
• Ensure all files and paperwork are complete and in compliance with the Department of Mental Health and with Child Care Licensing.
• Produce monthly newsletters for parents of enrolled children including daycare calendar of events, helpful tips, and at-home activities extending lesson plan curriculum.
• Organize monthly meetings with child care personnel to include review of policies, procedures, and in-service trainings.
• Act as a part-time Child care Teacher in daycare classrooms as needed or directed.
• Monitor the daily organization of classrooms and general cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with the Health Department and organizational expectations. Ensure deep-cleaning routines are maintained.
• Develop and organize off-campus learning opportunities to include field trips or guest speakers.
• Facilitate Parent Education classes for the women served.
• Implement Childcare Training Program curriculum while providing supervision and training of participants. Prepare written curriculum guidelines and assessments for Child Care trainees as needed.
• Complete required children’s assessments for all child care participants using the CSTAR Children’s All Ages Interview. Assist in the development of Personal Learning Plans with the Clinical Director for children identified as requiring special needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have 60 college semester hours with 12 hours in child-related courses; or 24 months experience and 12 college semester hours in child-related courses.

Description:
SUMMARY
The Child Care Teacher will provide supervision of children enrolled in the child care program, including interactive play, structured activity implementation, and completion of child development summaries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Relate positively to those served, community families, and fellow employees.
• Provide a safe, hazard free environment for children enrolled in child care.
• Provide ongoing interaction with children involved in child care.
• Provide age appropriate structure and behavior modification in accordance with child care regulations and agency procedures.
• Facilitate lessons plans as directed by the Child Care Director.
• Complete daily cleaning chores and following deep cleaning schedule as directed.
• Communicate with Child Care Director and Clinical Staff regarding observed needs of children including specialized services with families or other support.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, or snack meals for children as needed according to menu schedule.
• Facilitate opportunities for self-expression, self-exploration, and developmental advancements in the children we serve.
• Provide ongoing feedback to parents concerning children’s daily activities.
• Assure child care protocols in accordance with child care licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with the Child Care Director/Parent Educator for assurance of child care operations and other children’s services.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations as it relates to client and child confidentiality.
• Must attend required trainings.
IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop children’s activities that stimulate age appropriate skill development.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings provided to meet child care training regulations.
• Coordinate parental involvement in the children’s activities.
• Conduct daily business in accordance with child care standards and agency protocols.
• Ensure children’s belongings are returned to parents at close of day.
• Facilitate emergency drills as needed.

The Driver License Clerk is responsible for processing all drivers license (regular, for hire license, commercial, motorcycle, etc), reinstatements, and taking photographs of all drivers license applicants.
Clerk position is responsible for all aspects of customer service including, answering questions (telephonically and in-person), and collecting fees for transactions and providing outstanding customer service.
This is a part time position averaging no more than 30hrs a week. There are not benifits offered with this position other than 401k.
