Our Mission
“To cr
eate and offer opportunities for people to use their strengths to meet challenges, and participate in their communities in a meaningful way.”

Our approach to service is not to provide programs or networks that people must fit into, but to create services unique to each person, family and community.  Our services are based on the strengths of the people we serve.

The need

Rehabilitation professionals have long been aware that limited services are available in this area for persons sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

The Response

A.O. Traumatic Brain Injury Services offers community based programs and job readiness training specifically for adults of all ages who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury.

The A.O. Traumatic Brain Injury Services team is committed to the development and personal prosperity of the whole person.  We strive to serve the needs of our participants and the community in a manner which promotes individual growth and personal achievement – with dignity, respect, and acceptance.  We encourage others to identify their strengths, as well as their weaknesses, and provide each individual with character building tools to make a difference.  We are advocates for the consumers we serve.

The Program

The A.O. TBI program provides a variety of services to meet the unique needs of individuals who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Participant feedback informed us that our combination of services better meets the needs of the whole person.  Consumers who have worked with our program have consistently reported how pleased they are to be working with individuals who specialize in the field of TBI and understand the difficulties they face.    Each individualized program may involve one or many of the services offered by A.O., Inc.  All TBI Services are coordinated by team members who are aware of the impact of head injuries on the life of survivors and their families.

In everything we do, we
bring out the best in
people.
